Penfield 3 railway station was a railway station on the defunct Penfield line located in the northern Adelaide suburb of Edinburgh.[1] It was located 25.8 km by railway from Adelaide Railway Station.
It was closed between 1988 and 1990, just before the Penfield line was closed and dismantled in 1991. The station sign and most seats, the track, and some of the platform are now gone. Penfield 3 is the only station left after Penfield 1 and 2 were demolished in the late 1990s and Hilra was demolished in the 1980s. Penfield 3 is still accessible from Taranki Road.
